Path : Menu > Settings & Privacy > Media > Mark on “Never Autoplay Videos

Path : Settings > Storage and data > press on “ When connected on WIFI” >

Remove marks from “ Photos , Audio , Videos , Documents” and press on
“OK”.

Path : Settings > Data and Storage > Disable “When connected to WIFI”.
